We supply all our trekking tours through the Chilean mountain world with TOP NOTCH EQUIPMENT. We purchase our equipment from well-known manufacturers that certify best test results even under extreme weather conditions. Among others we use brands as North Face VE 25 expedition tents, Seal-line Dry-bags and Therm-A-Rest-thermomats. We choose OUR ACCOMMODATIONS with the utmost care: we assure you neat and clean hotels and lodges. The welcoming and warm atmosphere of the accommodations often paired with a spectacular location is what our guests appreciate the most. For our trekking tours we stay in cozy mountain lodges and beautifully located camping grounds to grant our guests unforgettable nights surrounded by pristine nature and countless stars. These overnight-stays give all our tours an even more ADVENTUROUS CHARACTER. We keep the SIZE OF OUR TRAVELING GROUPS SMALL to minimize our impact on the environment and for the trips to feel more intimate so that you get the sensation you are traveling with friends. Our trekking tours, soft adventure trips and expeditions are limited to a maximum of only 12 participants per group. Individual short trips require at least two guests. We feel responsible for every member of our team: When choosing our MOUNTAIN PORTERS we follow the guidelines of the International Porter Protection Group (IPPG). We proudly carry the official IPPG-LOGO which you can find on our website. The salary for our local porters is above the standard rate so that their weekly pay exceeds the national minimum wage. To get a better understanding of the personal fitness level a trip might require, all our trekking and mountain tours are classified with a TRIP PROFILE and activity level. The trip was quite demanding with some long days but very enjoyable. The area was beautiful. The Atacama was a great add-on.
Even before the trek began (Torres del Paine O-circuit), the local tour specialists helped organize every detail for my entry into the country, advised me on gear, and made sure I understood the days ahead. The trek was an incredible experience thanks to our knowledgable guide's experience with and love for Patagonia. Many details taken were care of, providing me the freedom to enjoy the beauty and reconnect with nature confidently and safely. Very grateful and hope to return soon!

Schon vor meiner Abreise betreute mich Vera von Moser active schnell, freundlich und kompetent mit einer Vielzahl an relevanten und nützlichen Informationen. Bei meiner Ankunft in Puerto Natales setzte sich dieser durchweg positive Eindruck fort (beispielsweise als sich herausstellte dass meine Einreiseformalitäten seitens der chilenischen Grenzpolizei nicht korrekt durchgeführt worden waren, konnte mir Vera unkompliziert und erfolgreich helfen). Die O-Trek Trekkingtour war für mich ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Eine besondere Faszination kommt durch die Vielzahl der durchwanderten Landschaftsformen von Pampa, Wald, Gebirge und Gletschereis zustande. Insbesondere hat mich der weniger frequentiert Teil des Parks der hier durchwandert wird begeistert. Karla und Carlos von Moser active betreuten uns perfekt während der Wandertage. Neben einem Großteil unseres Gepäcks wurde uns auch jegliche organisatorische Arbeit in den Camps abgenommen. Somit konnten wir uns voll auf das Erleben konzentrieren. Der O-Trek um die Torres del Paine ist eine definitive Empfehlung. Wer es gut organisiert mag ist bei Moser active an der richtigen Adresse. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage!

Dear Christian, I'll like to thank you for the Patagonia hikes. It is most scenic area of all the hikes that I have done before. Izabela and Vera are the best guides we had. They are the best team together. I enjoyed the trip very much. I plan to go back there with my family and other friends in the future.
Based on friends recommendations I engaged this tour operator. Everything was planned to the last detail. We trekked the Full Circuit in Parque National Torres del Paine in Chile, El Chaltn area and a day trip to Perito Moreno Glacier in Parque National Los Glaciares in Argentina. We all had fun and are happy to recommend your company for adventures in the Patagonia region - you will be happy with the results!

As someone who doesn't have much experience trekking, this was a great way to experience the full circuit with people who know what they're doing. If you're trying to decide between the W and the O, do the O. You won't be disappointed.
Overall, my experience with this tour company was top notch. I initially started researching hiking Torres del Paine and attempting to book my hike on my own. It really was a big hassle and other hikers I met along the way agreed. Signing up with this company was one of the best decisions I made. It took all the planning and worrying out of the equation. They were excellent at communication and organized a great trip for us. The guide was very experienced, highly informative and had a wonderful attitude. I highly recommend using them when planning your trip to Patagonia!
