Our guide Tung was fabulous and added great insights about the people and way of life in the Delta. We visited a number of great spots and lunches were delicious. Seeing the delta both by road and boat was fantastic and the hotels included were very nice

Initially we were wary of using an agency we didn't know. However, Phuong and her team exceeded our wildest expectations. Throughout the planning phase we were provided with accurate and helpful information. Together we decided on cities, domestic transport, hotels & activities. Phuong efficiently handled everything - and her recommendations were excellent. Our 15 day trip took us to Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi - incl. an overnight excursion to Ha Long bay. All hotels were fantastic, selected on their location or facilities, depending on whether we were relaxing or sight-seeing. We were even upgraded in Hanoi. We were in good hands throughout the trip. Vinh and Son were excellent guides. Particularly Vinh's knowledge of the area impressed us. It was luxurious and extremely pleasing to be looked after so well.

Our family of four booked a three week holiday to Malaysia and Vietnam last summer. The itinerary, travel and hotel arrangements seemed to be very attractive and the price very reasonable. We were delighted with the experience. Everything was as good or better than our expectations . The organisation and communications before and during the trip were exemplary. The appointed local representatives were professional, courteous and very knowledgable. All travel went exactly according to schedule. Our only minor issue was with the overnight train from Ho Chi Min city to Na Trang. It was very old, and the sleeping cabin of extremely poor condition. I realise this was not in UK and, having travelled elsewhere in Asia, expected it to be less than perfect. In truth this train was barely serviceable. All our hotels in KL, Ho Chi Min and Na Trang were very good. Everyone we met was friendly, hospitable and efficient. Overall we had s memorable holiday with this company and would most certainly be happy to book another vacation with them.

We came as a mother and daughter duo and everything went very smoothly! We didn't have to worry about transportation or hotels. I'd certainly recommend if it's your first time to the country. Halong Bay and the Cu Chi tunnels were the highlights of our trip and are a must.

I fully recommend fellow travels to trust this operator to organise your travel plans. They arranged visa, accommodation , day tours , pick up from the airport, domestic flights and car travel including 3 days and 2 nights Halong Bay cruise. Most importantly, they were contactable at every step of our trip. Everything was up to perfection which I am sure western world envy. Thanks again Minh and Danny for making our journey to beautiful Vietnam a fond remembrance to keep for ever. I could not in my wildest dream believe that such honest and trustworthy tour operators exist in this world. Thanks again.

We were surprised that in a country that seemed so chaotic (millions of mopets) things with your organisation worked out so well. Nice tours, always on time (Tony, Hanoi). The guides were well informed and happy to share their knowledge with us (Penn, Hoi An). They made this holiday a great success , we never were stressed about a thing, always happy to take a picture, to pause because of us being exhausted in the heat (Nam at Bai Dingh) and thinking ahead (Victor in Ho Chi Minh City) of what to expect and prepare us for that (video, voice-over, raincoat, water, mosquito spray).

Felt really well taken care of. Guides were really friendly, accommodations were excellent. We had the "Endless beauty of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand" 20 days package.
