Our overarching vision is to govern our business based upon ethical principles of management, with benefit and equity to all founding partners, and to advance fair employment practices for staff and operatives. In order for you to travel responsibly, we have to manage our business responsibly. Since our 2009 inception, we have nurtured relationships with residents and locally­-owned businesses who share our values. We venture to: “ditch the tourism,” pay fair wages, advocate for indigenous industries, be patrons of local culture and traditions, arrange voluntourism activities, partner in local economic improvements and remain affordable. We believe our involvement in the adventure travel industry can benefit all parties as well as the habitats and neighborhoods in which we visit.
