When to go to Serbia
The best seasons to go on an adventure to Slovenia are spring (March – May) and fall (September – October). You will avoid the heat of summer (June – August) and the crowds at the most famous historical sites and places. Spring and fall have milder temperatures and you will enjoy your time around historic destinations and even hiking if you’d like. If you prefer the snow, winter is your season, but the temperatures can drop below zero. As long as you have your wool hat, you’ll be fine.
How long to stay in Serbia
If you are planning a personalized adventure to Serbia, keep in mind that the capital, Belgrade, has a lot to offer. So, plan to stay at least three days. Any extra day and you will have time to get out of the capital and enjoy popular destinations like the Drina River House and the Golubac Fortress.
