During this safari you will explore the Northern Circuit National Parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Those parks are full of residential wild animals all the year, so you are promised a very exciting safari no matter when you choose to come.

This will be a private safari (only you and your guide in the jeep) tour. A professional guide will be with you all the time. You can also experience early morning game drives.

The safari will take place in a Land Rover or Toyota Land Cruiser 4x4 jeep with pop-up roof, freezer or cooler box, binoculars, and inverter (for charging batteries). Complimentary drinks and snacks are available each day during the game drives.

We kindly ask you to see the itinerary to see the day-to-day programme for this safari. The accommodation listed in the program are regularly visited and inspected, to ensure quality and comfort.

Day 1 Arusha town 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Settling in and potential town tour in Arusha
Program: Pick up customers at Kilimanjaro airport and transfer to Arusha by private car for overnight accommodation in Arusha. If you have time you can have a town tour.
Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Planet Lodge or Ilboru Safari Lodge (half board).

Day 2 Tarangire National Park 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.

Program: After a healthy breakfast we proceed to Tarangire National Park for game viewing with picnic lunch.

The name of the park originates from the Tarangire river that crosses through the park, being the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. The park is famous for its huge number of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge or Roika Tented Camp or Sangaiwa Tented Camp.

Day 3 Manyara National Park 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.

Program: After another healthy breakfast we drive to Manyara National Park for game drives with picnic lunch.

Lake Manyara NP size is only 330 sq km (127 sq miles), of which up to 200 sq km (77 sq miles) is lake when water levels are high. This small but scenic safari park is excellent for bird-watching and a good area to find elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, buffalos etc as well as the potential excitement of spotting a legendary Lake Manyara tree-climbing lions. You can get off the vehicle at the Hippo pool, stretch your legs and see the hippos very close.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Country Lodge or Bougainvillea Lodge or Endoro Lodge or Olea Africana Lodge.

Day 4 Serengeti National Park 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.
Program: After a healthy breakfast breakfast we will visit the local Mto wa Mbo or Karatu villages, then we drive through Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti National Park with packed lunch, including Game Viewing en-route.

Serengeti, over 6,000 square miles of sprawling, unspoiled landscape is quite a sight. Add to that an extraordinary population of residents and migratory animals in a constant bid for survival, and you understand why this is often called, "The World As It Was At The Beginning." As soon as you enter the park, wildlife viewing begins, including the search for leopards and lions. Watch in awe as zebras, wildebeests and elephants simply appear from amidst the woodlands and plains.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp or Kisura Serengeti Camp.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.

Program: Today you have a full day exploring the Serengeti National Park. The day is dedicated to game drives in the park. You can have picnic or hot lunch.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp or Kisura Serengeti Camp.

Day 6 Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.

Program: After breakfast you start a game drive in Serengeti. Today you have picnic lunch. Later you drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with game viewing en-route.

It’s another full day dedicated to game drives.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge.

Day 7 Ngorongoro crater 4 Star Hotel

Activities: Game Viewing.

Program: After breakfast, or before breakfast with breakfast boxes, we drive to Ngorongoro crater in the early morning for game viewing with picnic lunch.

The Ngorongoro Crater park is one of the most densely crowded wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals. The Ngorongoro Crater is often called 'Africa's Eden' and the '8th Natural Wonder of the World,' a visit to the crater is a main drawcard for tourists coming to Tanzania and a definite world-class attraction. Within the crater rim, large herds of zebras and wildebeests graze nearby while sleeping lions lazing in the sun.

At dawn, the endangered black rhino returns to the thick cover of the crater forests after grazing on dew-laden grass in the morning mist. Just outside the crater's ridge, tall Masaai herd their cattle and goats over green pastures through the highland slopes, living alongside the wildlife as they have for centuries.

In the early afternoon we leave the crater, cross Ngorongoro up to the entrance gate and proceed to Arusha where we arrive for dinner.

Accommodation: Dinner and overnight at Planet Lodge or Ilboru Safari Lodge (half board).

Day 8 Arusha to Kilimanjaro airport

Program: After breakfast shopping in town (if you have time), then transfer to Kilimanjaro airport by private car.

- In case of cancellation +45 days prior to the trip start date: Full Refund

Please also note that no refunds will be given to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason. Amendments made by the client to the itinerary once paid for, may result in additional costs.

Alterations of tours:
We reserve the right to alter the route and settlements in the itinerary, provided that conditions necessitate it for the good safety of the client.

To change accommodation (hotel, lodge, tented camp, guest house, campsite etc.) with another hotel having the same standard, or higher.

* Damage or loss of property of any client, howsoever caused.
* Sickness, infection, injury or death of the clients,howsoever caused.
* Change of itinerary due to road and weather conditions.

including delays occasioned by the missing of road, rail, ship or aircraft connections.
