We begin our trek along the mesmerizing "El Pinovete" trail. As we hike 8 kilometers through dense yet inviting pine-oak forests, breathe deeply and savor the soothing scent of wild pennyroyal herbs mixed with fresh mountain air. Our destination is the magnificent 30-meter "El Pinovete" waterfall, where cascading waters dance gracefully over rocks. Take your time soaking in the tranquil sounds of flowing water mingled with the melodious songs of colorful warblers.

Reaching the Benito Juárez lookout, you'll be greeted by panoramic views of the impressive central valleys, and if weather permits, catch an awe-inspiring glimpse of the famed Pico de Orizaba on the distant horizon.
