Last Minute Mexico Tours and Trip Deals

Overall I had the best time and this is definitely one of my favourite trips I have done. Each country was special in its own way and the people are so great. Being able to snorkel and swim with sharks was a real bucket list moment in Belize and then hiking up Acatenango in Guatemala was an experience I will never forget and truly magical considering it was also the most difficult thing I have ever done.

Fabulous trip with a lot crammed in and covered some key archaeological sites which were incredible. Palenque in particular was a real highlight. There is a lot of time spent travelling but that’s part of the trip and itinerary does clearly indicate this. Very little walking so hiking boots are not needed, just good trainers for climbing the steep steeps if the various pyramids. Our tour leader Ana was fantastic, she was friendly with a great sense of humour, and she ensured everyone in the group knew what to expect each day, and what clothing and equipment to wear/bring which was so useful as conditions varied across locations. Her knowledge of history and Mayan sites was incredible and I learnt loads and it help put the sites into context, she really made the trip enjoyable. The only thing I would change would be to include a trip to the museum of anthropology in Mexico City at the start of the trip to put the history in context and to see the treasures that were recovered at the various sites. GAdventures offer all you need for a convenient and safe vacation time. The sceneries during this tour are quite diverse and always breathtaking. Palenque was my highlight. I highly recommend a jungle hike in the early morning (with termites for breakfast!) and a swim in the waterfalls in the afternoon.

We had an adventurous week in Yucatan with history and culture lessons woven in throughout. The guides and the group were fantastic. The hostels were pretty good, but great for the price. The travel was completely stress-free. I plan to use G-Adventures again in the future.

This trip gave an overall exposure from rural to city life, from oceans and beaches to jungles. I loved the way this trap itinerary is planned, not a lot of travel time from one place to another and great locations selected. The locations of accommodations were great, very near to everything you want. The CEO was very approachable. I had a great fun and fulfilling experience. Highly recommended!!!

I had an amazing time on this trip! G Adventures continues to impress me, and I’ll keep recommending them to all my friends. I did the Merida to Yucatan tour back in 2023, and after just completing the Mexico City to Puerto Escondido leg, I honestly wish I had enough time off to do the entire route in one go. This tour is such a unique blend of adventure, relaxation, culture, and beauty, all at a very fair price! Even though I came home with a staph infection (worth it!), the experience was so much fun that I can’t complain. The memories, the people, and the adventures far outweighed any downsides. Can’t wait to plan the next one!
