Mexico 11-Day Tours and Trips

This trip is certainly one to do. The only negative is that it is not a cheap trip in terms of spending money, estimate for £1000. It is so worth it!!! Our guide was Luis who is a very knowledgeable individual. He is passionate about teaching others about Mexico and its history. Luis is extremely bubbly and full of energy which makes it so much more fun. He includes everyone and is willing to help anyone in any way shape or form. I have never been travelling before and i am sure i will be doing it again, all down to luis because of the experience i have had on this trip. Thank you Luis.

We had an amazing time in Yucatán, all possible thanks to our awesome guide Agatha! I highly recommend travelling with her, she has really good suggestions, and is lots of fun to hang out with!

I don’t even know where to start! I have just had the best experience with a great group of people, I would now call life longs friends. We visited incredible spots all over Yucatan with non stop laughter along the way. Agatha always had the greatest recommendations (especially food recommendations, full tummy happy heart) she was also extremely helpful for every single one of us. She always went out of her way and made sure we enjoyed every seconds of our time on the tour. The accommodation was always superb and activities were so much fun; cycling to Cenotes, sunrise paddle boarding and mezcal tasing! They are just a few of my favourites. I recommend TruTravels to everyone, especially if you are on a tour with Agatha. I miss her and the group already. She is a tru credit to the company. I hope I can join another tour with her someday 🤞🏼

I loved absolutely everything about this trip from start to finish. was a 10/10 tour guide and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from him. All the optional activities were well worth it, I definitely recommend doing them all if possible. I will always recommend this trip to everyone

Extremely well organised and planned tour, we packed so much in to the 10 days and had the best time. The value you get for your money is brilliant, with a lot of activities included in the up front price and options to do extra when you are there. Lau the tour guide was amazing, extremely knowledgeable about the area and give great tips on sight seeing, bars, restaurants etc at every stop on the tour. Also as a girl travelling, I have never felt safer as part of her tour group. Great trip if you want to immerse yourself in the culture while also having time to relax on the beach, highly recommend. Only downside was not all the accommodation had AC and it was extremely hot, especially in Bacalar. Other than that amazing!

I loved the crew I made friends with! I learnt lots from JC and saw so much! I loved it all except never again will I do a home stay! I will sign a waiver!!!!! (I did do a home stay in Bali and it was absolutely fine- it was basically a hotel/hostel with the family living on site) But this family on this trip you could tell it was all about money. They had construction workers there, the children didn?t engage with us, the mother didn?t want to engage with us either, she sat at a completely different table and spoke to us across the room. They didn?t eat dinner with us. They then left for Zumba straight after our dinner! It was all somewhat manageable until there was no running water! Unaccceptable!
