day 1Johannesburg - Kruger National Park, South Africa

Transfer to Kruger National Park (Hazyview) (D)
Today, you will be picked-up from O.R. Tambo International Airport (you need to be at the O.R. Tambo bus terminal by 6:45am.) Don't worry as we will send you full instructions for your pick-up. The shuttle departs no later than 7:00am. During the shuttle transfer to the lodge, there will be two 15-minute comfort stops en route, in which you will be able to buy snacks and refreshments. ETA in Hazyview is around 1:00pm. The lodge driver will meet you at the drop-off point and transfer you to the lodge. This is a quick 5 to 10-minute drive. After check-in, you will have time to relax and freshen up before boarding an open-sided Landcruiser for an exciting introductory sunset game drive in Kruger National Park. The lodge is about 15 -20-minute drive from the Phabeni Kruger Gate. After your safari game drive, you return to the lodge where you can unwind, have drinks and relax. To finish your day, enjoy dinner at the lodge restaurant.
