3-Day Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara Safari Join

Pick up from your hotel in Arusha (self booked) at 8;00AM and departure for Tarangire National Park, the third largest national park of Tanzania and known throughout the world for its dense population of herbivores and large herds of elephants. Not just the animals, even the large baobab trees inside the national park have become tourist attractions in recent times.

The national park's life blood is the Tarangire River, which bisects the park. The river is also where many animals, both predators and preys, gather around. This provides for an excellent game-viewing opportunity to all the travelers.

Once you are done with the day-long safari, we head to Mto wa Mbu public campsite, freshen up and join your group for dinner.

Start your day early. Carry a picnic lunch with you and head for the crater's floor at 08:00 am. The floor is teeming with wildlife as very few animals move in and out of its 2000 feet walls.

See lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and many bird species. Visit the nook and cranny of the crater, where your driver/guide will take you after contacting other safari drivers in the area.

Ascend from the crater floor late in the afternoon and drive to your Mto wa Mbu campsite for overnight stay.

After breakfast at camp, pack all your stuff and picnic lunch for a trip to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing.

Lake Manyara is ideal for viewing birdlife; it's home to over 400 bird species. The park is also famous for its tree-climbing lions. We enjoy our final day of game drive, and in the evening, head back to Arusha for drop off.
