Tour manager could have been more helpful and supportive. The 1st day meeting coordination from your tour manager was not satisfactory. We had to keep calling her to get information all the time.

The itinerary and the tour guides were great. The hotels were good value. The black mark on the trip was Europamundo got our arrival wrong and we were not met at the airport until about an hour after we arrived. Someone at europamundo found the error and hastily arranged a private contractor to take us to the hotel. There was no information or contact at the hotel until we phoned the emergency line and we were told that the bus was running late. These are small things that happen sometimes though and I would be happy to tour with europamundo in the future.
