This 6-day sightseeing safari offers an unforgettable experience of Uganda’s wilderness. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will transfer to Lake Mburo, where a walking safari will awaken all your senses and bring you close to nature.

Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including lions, hippos, herds of buffalo and elephants, antelopes, and the breathtaking backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains.

In Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will enjoy one of Africa’s most remarkable encounters—spending time with the gentle mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.

day 1Pick up from a Hotel/Airport. Transfer to Lake Mburo NP

Pick-up will be from either your hotel or Entebbe Airport upon arrival. Your professional English-speaking tour driver-guide will meet you and drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Mburo is a compact gem, conveniently located near the highway connecting Entebbe/Kampala to Uganda’s western parks. Although the smallest of Uganda’s savannah National Parks, it is home to 350 bird species and a variety of animals including giraffes, zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, Defassa waterbucks, hippos, and the elusive leopard.
On arrival, check in at the lodge. If time permits, enjoy a late afternoon-to-evening game drive; otherwise, relax and enjoy the evening at leisure.
