Win a Tour Contest Terms and conditions
Grand Prize
One (1) non-transferable grand prize, comprising two free spaces on Eskapas’ “Absolutely Turkey (Small Group Tour)”.
The grand prize includes accommodation, transportation, select meals, guide services, and other inclusions as detailed in the official tour itinerary as published by Eskapas.
Sponsor (Prize Provider): Eskapas LLC (Eskapas henceforth)
Promotion Partner: Bookmundi ApS (Bookmundi henceforth)
Number of Winners: One winner and one travel partner
Prize Inclusions: Accommodation(s), guide(s), transfer(s), meal(s) and any other tour inclusions are per Absolutely Turkey tour itinerary
Travel Completion Date: All travel must be completed no later than June 24th, 2026, per the chosen tour’s departure availability
Eligibility: The winner must be among those who registered through the official Win-a-Tour campaign sign-up form during the campaign period
If the winner is unable to travel by the stated deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
Travel insurance is not included as part of the prize.
International airfare, visa costs, personal expenses, and all items not expressly included in the Absolutely Turkey tour itinerary are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The winner and travel companion must hold valid passports and any necessary travel documents required for entry into Türkiye. Airport taxes, customs fees, and incidental charges are not included.
Grand Prize Restrictions
Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the grand prize will not be awarded. No transfer, conversion to cash, substitution, or resale of the prize is permitted. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Eskapas and Bookmundi.
The winner agrees to accept the prize “as is.” The Sponsor (Eskapas) and Promotion Partner (Bookmundi) make no warranties or representations regarding the prize beyond what is expressly stated in the tour’s published inclusions.
The value of the prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties associated with prize acceptance or use.
Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel arrangements, hotel selections, and itinerary details are at the sole discretion of Eskapas.
International airfare, gratuities, baggage fees, incidental hotel charges, and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility.
The winner must be a legal adult (18 years or older) at the time of travel to qualify for the prize.
If a travel partner accompanies the winner:
Both the winner and their travel partner must be legal adults (18 years or older) at the time of travel to qualify for the prize.
Both travelers must be on the same itinerary and on the same departure.
Once a travel partner is confirmed, substitutions are not permitted without the Sponsor’s prior written approval.
Travel Conditions and Liability
Eskapas and Bookmundi are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or for any acts or omissions by airlines, hotels, or other providers connected with the prize.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers or confirmations will not be replaced. The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance; neither Eskapas nor Bookmundi will provide or reimburse insurance coverage of any kind.
Publicity and Release
By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Eskapas, Bookmundi, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance and use of the prize.
Each entrant grants Eskapas, Bookmundi, and their respective designees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, email, phone number, data, image, photograph, video, voice, and likeness for advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes in any and all media, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. The user can at any time unsubscribe from such marketing.
By entering this “Win a Tour” contest, the entrant agrees that Bookmundi ApS and Eskapas may use the entrant’s contact details to send marketing communications about tours and travel products by email, phone and SMS.
Winner Notification and Acceptance
The grand prize winner will be randomly selected by Bookmundi from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.
Upon selection, the winner will be contacted by Bookmundi and will have 14 days from the date of notification to respond and confirm acceptance. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Bookmundi’s sole discretion.
