I had a wonderful travel experience overall, and I would like to take a moment to highlight my time in Morocco, which was made even more memorable thanks to my exceptional English-speaking tour guide, Ayoub. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly enhanced my journey.
In addition to Ayoub, I also had the pleasure of working with several other wonderful team members. Hamida, our Spanish-speaking guide, was always friendly and helpful, and Mohammed, our driver, ensured our travels were safe and efficient. Frey, one of the bilingual guides, was instrumental in picking me up in Tarifa and assisting with my transfer to Sevilla, where he facilitated a smooth transition to my hotel. I also had the opportunity to work with Itsa, an outstanding English-speaking guide in Spain and Portugal.
While all of these individuals contributed to making my trip enjoyable, Ayoub truly stood out during my time in Morocco. He went above and beyond to ensure that my vacation was not only enjoyable but unforgettable. As my primary guide for most of my time in Morocco, Ayoub’s excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of Moroccan culture, history, and landmarks made all the difference.
My trip started with an unfortunate setback in Madrid, where I became a victim of pickpocketing and lost all my cash. Ayoub showed incredible empathy and immediately reassured me that he would help. He took the initiative to ensure I could still participate in all the planned excursions and helped me make the most of my free time despite the situation.
Ayoub’s support and dedication were invaluable, and I can’t thank him enough for making my vacation so special. His care and commitment truly made this trip informative, enjoyable, and unforgettable. He is a true asset to the company, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have had him as my guide.
This trip only worked at five stars because of our magnificent tour guide. This was our first experience with a tour group, and His Awesomeness Ahmed has now set the bar impossibly high. Tuvimos la fortuna de tomar un tour bilingüe OUMA es una guía excepcional estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros y de la otra pareja de Australia., Explicando todo detalladamente y siempre pendiente de contestar todas las preguntas . Por otro lado el guía en Español AYOUB nos hizo el viaje muy agradable ,contestando cuanta pregunta se le hacía ya que el grupo de habla Hispana le hacían Todo tipo de preguntas y para todo había una Respuesta, nos hizo sentir los circuitos cortos y agradables. En Fez cambiamos de guías AYOUB el joven que habla en inglés muy simpático, muy servicial y muy educado ,nos dio un servicio personalizado todo el resto del viaje , nos encantó que una persona tan Inteligente y amable estuviera dedicado a dejarnos saber y sentir todo sobre este país y cultura . Y KAHDIL el guía en español una persona muy agradable , divertido y servicial.

7 days was well worth the extra time to the long weekend. Amazing local guides, varied scenery and excellent food for a camping trip. the 7 days gave time acclimatise to the heat, to practice getting up at 0600 and to get used to camping. Plus the tour of Marrakesh on the last day was a nice end to the trip.

The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. It was a memorable experience
I'm not sure if you recognise excellence of tour guide specifically, but I just wanted to express how impressed I was with my tour guide of adventure Morocco tour. Abdoul Moussali was an exceptional tour guide who was informative, friendly, caring, and hilarious. This trip was definitely one of the best I have ever had, and by far the best tour I have ever been on. Please let me know if there is any way I can nominate him for any further recognition. I am also sure that many, if not all, of the other travellers would be interesting in recognising his excellence in any way possible.

Really enjoyed this tour. Itinerary was great. Pace was right, and our tour leader was amazing. Will definitely come back to Spain and Portugal again. Touring Morocco was great too, and very different from travelling in Europe. Had I done this tour as a single traveller it would have costed me a lot more, so got value for money as well. Will soon book my next trip. Recommended.
