Argentina from top to bottom

Your arrangements gave us exactly what we wanted. But we were surprised that this was not a group tour as we thought it would be. Each hotel and excursion was separate, as opposed to being with the same group and tour guide the whole time. However, it worked out fine. We especially loved the hotels selected by the tour company because they were centrally located and we could easily walk around the various cities.

Awesome tour with excellent service.

My first day was beyond my imagination on a VIP tour, just me in the tour. My guide picked me up promptly from the airport and we went straight to the Brazilian side of the falls for a quick helicopter tour, then straight to the falls for scenic walks. My guide Mari-Elena and driver Wilson were so attentive and helpful. Second day was a bit more hectic with lots of pickups before our tour started which took 2 hours before we could get started on our walking tour. Many of the other tourists were not ready to go and thus a lot of delay was causes by them, not our guide. What should have taken 3 hours took 6 hours. A lot of waiting around. Still that could not diminish how spectacular the walking trails were visiting the Argentinian side of the falls. Great tour overall and I would highly recommend it.

Iguazu Falls 2 nights

Iguazu Falls is a wonderful experience! It was all made very easy, we got to see the amazing Falls from the Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Our guide Pedro had a fund of knowledge and was very encouraging. He kept tabs on us all very well. The drivers too were very reliable and careful. The Panoramic Hotel was really comfortable, the staff very pleasant and the food great.

My experience on the Scorpios III trip

The cruise to the glaciers and fiords is amazing. The ship is perfect for the conditions, the food excellent and the staff very efficient catering to the guests every need. The naturalist guides are also excellent. Breath taking scenery, wild life and a little secret treat I assure is great fun but must keep a future traveler in suspense. This is a must do when visiting Chile

My first trip well organized

My coordinator Lucia was well organized and always replied me on time. I absolutely loved my excursions in El-Calafate as they provided me even my native speaking guide the first day as well as everything was on time. Hotel was great. In Iguasu I also loved hotel with swimming pool as well as excursions. Buenos Aires part could be improved: -hotel was in a good place in city center but a little tired with not very nice staff and some furniture need to be cleaned and changed. -Excursion in BA was also not very informative as our guide was not speaking good English and excursion was in 3 languages which was bit difficult. - I left the farm before it has ended as animals and horses were not in good condition So, I would ask to improve Buenos Aires part of journey. However I had a great time in Argentina and hope to come back. Thank you!

A showcase of the attractions of the region

This is a compilation and coordination of different tour operators in each city. It was coordinated expertly, we had no issues with the different people coming to meet us at each location for hotel or airport transfers or for each excursion. The reps were always on time. However, there are some issues to note. Firstly, you have to book the domestic flights yourself and inform the tour rep who will coordinate your transfer time. Due to this fact, there is a lot of time spent preparing for flights or at airports for the entire tour, but it is unavoidable. With a bit of planning, you are still able to do some things on flight days. Secondly, the type of excursions are mostly low physical excursions. We were happy to add the optional glacier mini trek which was very good. All other excursions were mostly riding on a bus that takes you from place to place, on a boat or watching a show. So if you intend to hike a bit, or be more physically challenged; this is not for you. Overall, you see a wide variety of attractions. The hotel in Buenos Aires was older and need some updating, but the location is very good. The ones in Ushuaia and El Calafate were good.
