Ronda was Extraordinary

Our visit of Ronda was extraordinary. From the moment we stepped out our cruise ship, Thomas was there to welcome us to Malaga. Before leaving for Ronda, he took us on a short walk through downtown Malaga and we felt the pride he has for his own town. The drive to Ronda is an 1hour 1/2 and Thomas took the times to point out all the local highlights along the way. Once in Ronda, Thomas made sure that we were aware of the history and the beauty of the area. He also made sure we had a good lunch with a spectacular view overlooking the gorge. Overall our excursion to Ronda was delightful not only because of the beautiful scenery and the interesting history but largely because of Thomass considerate guidance throughout. We would highly recommend to do an excursion with Thomas Liedtke. Among all the guide we had, he is the best by far.

Excellent Experience

What a wonderful day we had at the winery at Ronda. The views were spectacular, and all the people we met were so friendly. Our tour was informative and educational. The wine and tapas were delicious. Our driver was so nice! He even stopped in Ronda for us on the way back to show us a bit of the lovely town and so we could purchase some local meat, bread, and cheese. We had a truly excellent experience.

Fantastic tour

Thomas picked us up at our hotel promptly at 9 am and by the end of our trip he was part of the group. We didnt want to leave him. He not only gives you a private tour of Ronda, but also told us about Spain in general and their customs. He took us a scenic route to Ronda and a different Way home so we could see the country making several stops along the way back. For lunch he lead us to a beautiful restaurant with a fantastic view! He made us feel completely comfortable and at ease and never rushed! Ware so glad we spent the day in Ronda seeing the breathtaking views! This tour is fantastic!

A Wonderful Excursion

The Melonera Winery is a wonderful excursion from Marbella. We started by ascending the mountains north of Marbella..up, up, up, the mountains and into the Ronda area. Our guide at Melonera, Gema, was warm and welcoming. We had a brief tour of the vineyard and wine cellar along with a lesson on the history of wine making in the region. The wine tasting and tapas that followed were incredible. We hope there we are able to purchase the wine in the US! After booking the tour, we realized that the town of Ronda should not be missed, but this tour did not include a stop in Ronda. Our driver, Peter, was very accommodating and agreed to take us to Ronda on the return trip. He showed us the New Bridge and the Bull Fighting Arena in out brief stop in Ronda. Peter also took us below the bridge to get a different perspective of the bridge and town. Both Ronda and the Melonera Winery are not to be missed.
