Honest insights from past guests on our National parks Zimbabwe tours
Perfect mix of Safari, beaches, adventure and adrenaline. The knowledge and of the trip manager and all the safari guides was exceptional and their passion and love for Africa was contagious.
The tour was amazing. The most memorable experience was the tented camp, with Elephants drinking from the pool. Monkeys everywhere and being able to look out the doors and see wildlife all around.
Coelette did a fantastic job making my dreams come true. The safaris were excellent and so much fun!!! I recommend the Cape Town extension and tour or the peninsula. Small group let us all get to know each other which enhanced the experience. I can't say enough about how amazing Thuka and Shuie, our guides, were. They made this trip unforgettable!
All of it. Well rounded trip. We so many animals & close up. Tour guide went out of his way to find different animals. Meet indigenous African tribe. Went to cultural events. Meet & ate with locals in their homes. Learned about & tried local foods. Explored the beauty of Africa & so much more.
I loved this trip! I was so excited to see wildlife on a safari. The landscape in South Africa and Zimbabwe was lovely also. I met fun new friends and had a terrific experience!
We saw a T-shirt in Africa that said “it’s not a holiday, it’s an adventure!“ This sums up exactly what this trip is about. Although it took some stamina to camp the entire time and the bus trips were long to get from destination to destination, this was an adventure like no other. Spinning, two nights roughing it in Okavango Delta was magical and we heard lions roaring at night. Our guides were outstanding and the food was better than I could possibly expect, especially since our cook did it all in a campground the safari walks and drives did not disappoint! Because we were there in July, the nights were bitterly cold, but we stayed cozy in the tents. This is definitely a trip for those seeking authentic adventure, but not for those who are uncomfortable with idea of sleeping in a tent for 10 days. Our Guide Pappy was, always so patient and so thorough with all of us and was a wealth of knowledge about the region. I love this trip, but it definitely is not for those unused to roughing it or are expecting luxury.
