Maldives Tours in January 2027

Egan was fantastic. Crew were excellent. Food was unbelievably delicious and plentiful Cabins comfortable Boat spotless. Loved the snorkelling - sharks, turtles, dolphins. Only small criticism is we didn't see much maldivian culture. I would have liked lunch in a local home or a local dance class or similar

I hadn’t done an explore trip for a number of years but this trip reminded me why I love it so much. The trip was wonderful and the food on the boat was as amazing. The Maldives were lush and diverse and there is a lot to see. The itinerary was excellent and Udi was personable and professional. The Maldives was equally excellent. The snorkeling trips up to 3 per day, were gorgeous. The Dhoni boat was easy, comfy and air conditioned. The CEO was outstanding and a skilled snorkel guide. Captain and crew were friendly and skilled at their jobs, worked as a team eager to please. Meals were delicious, really good.

We had a fabulous experience with G Adventures on our snorkel safari! The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, taking us to stunning snorkeling spots teeming with marine life. The food on board was delicious and exceeded our expectations, keeping us energised for the day’s activities. Our guide and crew were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist, making the entire journey seamless and enjoyable. It was truly an unforgettable trip!

Such an amazing trip! Sri Lanka was fast paced; we did so many activities and the wildlife was beautiful. The Maldives exceeded all of my expectations, Aman and the boat crew worked so hard to make trip relaxing for us and took us to so many beautiful snorkelling spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The entire cruse was brilliant from day one and I was really sad to leave the Maldives on Sunday; so much so that I shall be booking another trip to go back same time next year. To be honest I was a little apprehensive about the trip as there appeared to be too much downtime on the itinerary however how wrong was I? The pace of the trip was perfect (snorkeling 2 or 3 time per day with downtime in between), the snorkeling was excellent; the food on board fantastic (great chef) and the relaxed experience and uniqueness of the Maldives was just what you needed to get over the cold winter months in the UK. I saw more sea life that I imagined and had a fabulous time aboard the Dhoni. Special thanks to the tour leader (Shan) and the entire boat crew who were great. Some tips: You don’t need an adaptor plug as the plugs on the boat take UK plugs. Wear a bandanna if you are thin-on-top as when snorkeling your head can get burnt. Don’t overload yourself with too many changes of clothes; swimwear, a rash vest, shorts, track-suit trousers (for visiting the islands) and t-shirts are all you need.
