The accommodation, the tour leader and the driver were very good. Interactions with indigenous people was a highlight as was the visits to spectacular places in Kakadu’s, Jabiru and the gorges. The tour director was articulate and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave all tour participants access to understanding aspects of country, indigenous care of country understandable and indigenous culture and this made the tour for me, an excellent life experience. Very friendly welcome, thorough briefing for all the activities. Roomy tents at base camp on Tavewa Island. Bubbly and pre-dinner snacks at sunset on the beach! The "kokoda" was 1st class! All the kayaking equipment was in top condition including all the safety gear. Never felt rushed. Lovely stay at Tavutoa village with local dance and singing performers finishing with good kava. Smiles wherever we went. Great snorkelling spots as well. Tasty and plentyful food always. Highly recommended.
