My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our recent Expat explore tour "Europe Escape", from 01 - 12 Dec 2024. The tour started and ended in Rome, we were given a good appreciation of both the City and quaint little town along the route which took us to Venice, Tuscany, Florence, Múnich, Rhine Valley, Ámsterdam, Ghent, Paris, Burgandy, Beaune, Montmatre, Lake Como, Rome, the Swiss Alps!!
Oh wow! This was such an amazing trip! Our guide, Roma was so knowledgeable and made it even more exciting with her bubbly personality, and our bus driver, Ishti made us feel so safe on the roads...they were truly awesome! I know that keeping a large group together is no easy feat, but they made us feel like family. They shared very helpful tips about the local places, information that you would not normally know as a tourist. Oh! and we were given these cute little passports and stamps to mark the places as we visited them through the tour...this was a really great idea!

The cities themselves is what we enjoyed the most. After this, the tour guide Gabby made the trip 100 enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, very good coordinating people and super friendly at all times. Trip met our expectations as far as itinerary and places we visited. Hotels in general were ok except for Florence and Venetia, these were a not very good experience in terms of cleanliness and service. Switzerland hotel and service was outstanding.
The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.
Tour was a good picture of Switzerland with a combination of cities, villages, and mountains. The dip into Italy was nice for a chance of pace and scenery.
Our group was phenomenal. Our guide, Vili, did a wonderful job of creating a cohesive group that was supportive, friendly, and fun.
The Matterhorn had to be the best experience. Our time there was clear weather and just a very light snow…perfect.

Overall, my Europamundo experience and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour was memorable. I really enjoyed traveling with Expat Explore in this Europe Highlights Tour. It was very organized and we didn't encounter any problem at all. Roma was a very knowledgeable and informative tour guide and she makes sure that we follow our schedule. Meanwhile Peter was a very skilled driver, he knows his way around (I don't think he use Google map or gps to get to places hahahaha). We really felt safe during the entire trip. We love the hotels that we stayed, they're clean and some of them are spacious. I will definitely recommend Expat Explore to my friends and family!
Hotel in Rome was not good,room was good but the service was hopeless.when asked for a blanket they said they will send but after an hour still no one showed up and when we called second time they just cut the phone.it is not worth to say 4 star at all.
The staffs were not at all professional and lacked of English language.But I would say trip was enjoyable.
Really enjoyed the tour although it included very long driving hours on some days. Packing lighter would definitely have helped in getting around more easily as we changed hotels almost every day and some of them had a small walk from the drop off point. The group itself was amazing with the tour leader Darius being helpful and attentive. Our driver Pascal was excellent and we had bathroom stops every 3 hours or so in nice service stations having good food and snacks options.
