Travelling in a small group with different abilities the trip gave us a great balance between manageable walks, urban experiences and self managed travel. Instructions for the walks were generally clear but some better formatting/design would be helpful. The booked transport was always punctual, well organised with helpful and friendly drivers. The hotels that were selected had a great atmosphere and evocative of the places we were staying. Their location in the heart of the historic towns was perfect making it easy for quick explorative trips. Puglia as a destination didn't disappoint and we would be very happy to return whenever we have the opportunity.
UTracks provided the perfect way for my husband and I to walk a lovely part of the Portuguese Camino from Porto to Tui just for a week. The Camino isn’t a luxury vacation, it has a more humble history, and in the past we walked independently, staying in albergues in Spain, with no set daily itinerary on our way to Santiago de Compostela. This time we wanted to walk just a portion of the Portuguese road, with UTracks to do the groundwork and make our reservations for us. The inns and homes chosen to stay in all had charm and convenience and were, without exception, clean and run by friendly people. The route through Northern Portugal is beautiful, and the chosen itinerary alternated between challenging and easy days in order to let us enjoy the charming towns along the way. Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so). Also, thank you for being very accessible to us during the whole planning of the trip. You helped put us at ease and it was very reassuring that we chose the right company. That is all that I can given you that might be considered constructive. The rest I could say would just be compliments on everything else. Oh my word, fantastic. Great bikes, super luggage service, accommodation superior to my expectations given we were cyclists with the potential to turn up muddy and wet. So safe, cycle routes and paths. Beautiful scenery, very friendly locals, brilliant breakfasts too. My experience of continental breakfasts did not prepare me for the quality and level of choices. Kate kept me fully informed. Nothing was complicated. I took this holiday as a gamble, having not done anything like it before or even considered it; will definitely look to their other options. The perfect weather was a bonus

I honestly do not know if my words can truly describe how incredible this trip was and the exceptional, first-class service our guide, Traian, provided. We saw so many amazing castles, citadels, and fortified churches and did so much in four days that it is difficult to pick any one favorite. Peles Castle is truly the most beautiful; Bran (Dracula’s) Castle, the most eerie and intriguing; and Corvin Castle comes straight out of a fairytale. As for the citadels, I have to say that I favor Cetatea Rupea and for the churches, The Black Church, Biserica and Biertan held their own fascinating unique history of how they provided protection to their villagers. For the nights, we stay in the beautiful towns of Brasov, Sighisoara (birthplace of Vlad Dracula), and Sibiu. We enjoyed delightful outings walking the streets, seeing all the shops, the people, and enjoying the local foods. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay in Sibiu, and with the help of our guide, Traian, he secretly (unknown to my wife) arranged dinner at a wonderful restaurant for my wife and me. There was even a surprise anniversary cake with candles. Oh, and the hotels that we stayed at each night were amazingly distinctive to the town and culture. And, finally, on the last day, we traveled through the Carpathian Mountains along the famous Transfagarasan Road witnessing the beautifully breathtaking, winding, scenic route on our way back to Bucharest. We even had quite a few photo shoot opportunities of brown bears along the roadside. While I am sure that I have missed much, I just have to say that you must experience this marvelous adventure for yourselves. You will be astonished.

Cycling from Amsterdam to Bruges was amazing. Such beautiful scenery and so, easy to navigate. Whilst it was a challenge with some big rides, we loved every minute of it.
