The Mohare Danda Trek in the foothills of the Annapurna Region is also known as the Eco-Lodge Community Trek. This region is rich in fauna and flora with dense pine, oak and bamboo forests – especially rhododendron forests and their magnificent pink, white and red flowers. From a vantage point of over 3000 meters, you will have breathtaking panoramic views of many large mountain ranges in the Himalayas, such as the 120 km long Dhaulagiri Massif and the Annapurna Massif.
This trek is also cultural experience that brings you in direct contact with local families in Magar and Gurung villages.
