“We just returned from the 14 day South African Tour which began April 11, 2019. All I can say is WOW! The best vacation I have ever been on, hands down. The food was amazing, the scenery was out of this world, the accommodations were wonderful, and the animals, well I can let that speak for itself. The stops were amazing, the optional tours were amazing, and Matt, our tour leader,was, hands down, the best. This tour was so good we are looking right away to do another with ExPat! Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“A helpful, hospitable tour leader was a great start to the tour. The knowledge of South Africa shown by the tour leader was incredible. The routes taken were the best given the time frame and we saw the Highlights of South Africe. We didn't visit Durban or Port Elizabeth in the tour however i visited Durbab a week prior to the commencent of the tour and honestly the tour group didn't miss out on much by not going there. The hotels we ll stayed out during the tour were all very nice and the meals were great and plentiful. We saw so much of South Africa, the cities of Capetown and Johannesburg plus the coast and countyside. The highlight of course was Kruger National Park. It was something else. I used all the memory in my Samsung S8+ smart phone photographing and videoing the wildlife. Incredible is the only word i can think of about Kruger National Park. I call this my trip of a lifetime. I never envisaged South Africa to be like this. This is honestly a 5 start tour at an affordable price. I thoroughly recommend it. Thanks to the tour leader Willem Steenkamp and the tour operator for memories which will last a lifetime!”

“Southern Africa had a lot to offer and lots of wonderful wildlife. The first leg of the tour went through Namibia and there were less people on the tour and therefore the vehicle used was comfortable as we each had two seats. The accommodations overall were good and some were really good. The Gondwana properies were fantastic and in amazing locations. For the second we left straight away and only had two and half hours in Windhoek... It would have been great to have a day to explore there. On this leg of the trip there were more people and I think a vehicle with sixteen seats is too small for eleven passengers plus a guide. This is a comfort tour and with lots of driving should have more seating. As the group got bigger communication was harder due to lots of questions by the no listeners, which meant loss of time and also a lot of focus placed on them. I ended up missing out on Zip lining at Victoria Falls which was the only activity I had my mind set on for this leg of the tour. Food overall was great but became repetitive after day ten. Makgadikgadi had the best food on this leg. This tour is mainly long days of driving and less activities so it is important to have time at each location to stretch, explore and not all stops offer this. Finally, the tour guide Bonnie and Shadrack were friendly and professional, and made the trip more pleasant.”
