He quickly learned what we were interested in, and what we weren't. When we (both) came down with illness at different times, his professionalism was excellent, and he helped us in every way. We saw so many corners of the areas on the itinerary. Carlos also adapted the itinerary because of days that attractions were closed. He even went further our of his way than I would have expected. “I did this tour in April 2019 and had a wonderful experience. I loved the itinerary - it was fast-paced, but I felt like I had enough time in each country to discover their culture and history. There’s a lot of travel time, so if you don’t like long days on a bus, this tour isn’t for you. I enjoyed all the included and optional activities, and I found that even if you did all of them, you still get lots of free tiime. It was a great tour with amazing value for money.
