“- After telling bamba experience our hotel name and address for hotel pick up we didn't recieve a time for pick up so we assumed it was at 8.30 am as per the brochure. We were shocked to find a lady waiting for us at 7.30 am as we were about to get breakfast and was told off by our pick up person. It was a very embarrassing experience for us.
Due to the snowstorm we were unable to go to meteora, which was disappointing. We understand that was out of the guide's control but would have liked an alternative activity / discount to have been organised as we travelled so far for this (5-6 hours in the van)”
