What an adventure! We had been planning this trip for a couple of years and it did not disappoint. It was a real test of character - the coldest winter in a long time and -27 at base camp. The views are simply stunning - we had clear skies so every step was a different view. There were times when sat in our icy teahouse room that we questionned what we were doing but it really is a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget.

The trip was fantastic. I was a bit nervous in the run up but the team were always quick to respond to any questions I had or to reassure me and a few weeks before we left we were added to a WhatsApp group with other travellers and our guides, a chance to dm others or get organised. We arrived and we’re swiftly shuttled from the airport to our hotel where we met Tommy and Arthur, our guides, for the first time. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish checking we were having a good time. They were helpful if we wanted to do something not on the itinerary they helped sort that. While here a group of us wanted to go to a Muay Thai fight night, they found out the cost, organised taxis and made sure we got there on time. They were super enthusiastic and made sure we were safe and looked after the whole trip. Could not have asked more of them. The trip itselfalso brilliant. Starting in Bangkok and going down the islands we saw all sorts. We were lucky enough to get a glance at some Elephants in Khao Sok and a variety of different parts of Thailand I would never have thought to visit if I had planned the trip myself. Travelling in a group also made the trip very social and made grabbing a beer in the evening a very enjoyable prospect. And as the old homage goes there was a real sense of safety in numbers when we went to a club or the full moon party. As a first time visitor to Thailand the combination of other travellers and friendly and knowledgeable tour guides was great. Do be warned the trip can be quite fast paced with a fair bit of travel such as overnight trains, morning activities and buses so the trip is not for those who want to kick back and relax for a couple of weeks, but great for those who want to do a range of things. Additionally don’t go into expecting 5* hotels. It’s not hostels but it is a good middle ground. All the accommodation was good, pools, friendly staff, etc with the occasional problem thrown up like delays on food that is thrown up from being in such a large group or the occasional cold shower (but the hot weather here negates the problem) So while it’s all pretty good it’s not the best part of the trip by a long way. Also it should be noted that while on the islands you have to pay for you own taxis around on group trips to the markets and into the town which is slightly against the all taken care for you but they were pretty cheap. My last critique is food wise we always as a group ended up somewhere pretty tourist trappy. But I u deets and it’s hard with 25+ people but it was slightly disappointing to only ever be taken to average restaurants but you fully ok to leave the group and find somewhere on your own if that’s more your thing. The trip is varied through ranging from club nights, morning massages temple day and boat snorkel trips. And the best part is you don’t have to worry about organising any of it because it’s all done for you before you get there. Overall it was a great time and I would definitely use them again.

This company organised, booked hotels and arranged drivers and guides for both tours, from the first couple of days in Delhi through Agra into Rajasthan and then from Bangalore through Kerala including safaris in Nagarhole Forest, seeing tigers and leopards etc and finally down the coast to Fort Kochi. The company monitored our trip continually through phone contact and had ensured a good quality of hotels including a splendid beach side stay in Kochi and ending up at Kumarakom Lake Resort for final real luxury! I can recommend them completely with, in particular, special mentions for Jugmohan in quotations, Deepak in operations, Ritu who monitored our progress plus drivers Deepak and Emon.
