“Where do I start! this tour operator is just what you need to get the most out of Tanzania. We worked with Naick who made sure our climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and experience a Safari was flawless. The operator provided the best hotel, guides, vehicles, cooks, porters; all at an affordable price. The organization for the trip was easy as Naick provided us with a detailed confirmation and itinerary. All of our travel questions were answered promptly and we were picked up from the airport right on time. This company goes above and beyond the rest. Our Mt. Kilimanjaro guides Bakari and Matthew were the best we could hope for. During the toughest weather and terrain they made sure we had everything we needed. They pushed us and took care of us. Our gear, provided by the tour operator, was top-notch and allowed us to safely summit. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, both with the Mt. Kilimanjaro climb as well as the safari with our guide Chris. We were able to see almost every animal the Serengeti has, and our guide made sure we had the best views. “We actually took the 8 day trek. At age 65 we thought an extra day would be helpful. In actuality it was not needed. The trails while sometimes steep were well maintained. We were often in camp by 1400 even though we hiked slowly to conserve energy for ascent. We found the ascent challenging and were not as prepared for the cold as we should have been. In fact once the sun went down it was generally cold; bring more warm clothes than you think. We chose Lemosho route because it traversed the forest ecoregion and thoroughly enjoyed the trek”

“I signed up solo for Kili hike with this tour operator. I had the best experience ever. They take care of you and support you based on your ability. You are observed carefully from Day 1, your health and ability are tracked and you are matched with the guides to be able to successfully make it to the summit. It has been nothing short of a breathtaking experience and I personally learnt a lot from how they organize themselves and how they take care of every small thing. Our chief guide was Baraka and he is simply amazing! Very professional, friendly and highly experienced. All other guides were amazing too, Eric, Exaude, Julius, Rama and others.Food was amazing! Justin and Azzez did a great job as our cooks and they are simply great people who take into account all your dietary needs. Could not have finished the hike without the support of porters and campmasters. A suggestion would be to pay for a portable toilet to share and that helps a lot during the hike.There was not a single time that I felt low or as if support was lacking. All the guides are warm and friendly and they can understand a person very well. My guide carried a small bottle of coca-cola for me during summit day and gave it to me at the stella point for sugar needed. They are as thoughtful as this. They are very keen on everyone being successful and happy.”
