We had a wonderful bespoke itinerary arranged by Joseph. Having lived in Uganda 50 years ago, this was a trip down memory lane. We visited our old home and school and stayed at some lovely hotels. Bungoma Hunters Paradise was particularly lovely. And our driver Gerald was friendly, courteous and informative. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We saw everything we wanted to see. Next time I would like to experience more village life. The tour was very well set up and it was fun. We had a very good driver. Adrian he was very personal, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a great driver.

The trip was very well organized. Everything went smoothly and according to the plan.

Our guide, Moses, was outstanding, however, we made a change on the website and evidently that did not communicated to the provider. The itinerary was very complete as to what was not included, but had significant information gaps. Lake Serena Lodge is very nice, however, there were three weddings taking place and the festivities carried on late into the evening. The POC was very aggressive about payment. We had planned to utilize additional services for transportation to two different venues on Saturday and Sunday. He issued the invoice Friday afternoon. Subsequent to that, I informed him that one of the venues was not an option. Later that evening he pinged me about payment. I asked him to submit a revised invoice. He issued the same invoice. We then had way too many electronic conversations and he badgered me on the phone. He had been paid in full a significant amount of money for the safari months in advance. His behavior made this an unpleasant experience
