Considering Brazil’s large landmass, the country has five climatic zones. This means the weather is likely to vary from one region to another. However, this winter month is dry throughout most of the country.
Northern cities like Belem have warm weather. The temperatures average around 29°C, inviting visitors to head to the nearby beaches. In the southeast, cities like Rio de Janeiro can be a tad chillier yet still very pleasant. The daytime temperatures reach a maximum of 25°C with five days of rain throughout the month.
It gets chillier as you travel southward. São Paulo sees a substantial dip in mercury—from a warm 25°C to a cool 12°C in the evening. Nonetheless, the conditions are ideal for active outings and trips to the Brazilian wilderness.

- Beaches: Brazil is home to some of the world's most beautiful beaches. From the party atmosphere of Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro to the more secluded stretches of sand along Brazil's coastline, the beaches are buzzing with visitors.
