You could tell from the entire team and crew — each highly competent in their respective fields — how committed they are to their job, but also to Antarctica as a unique and most beautiful corner of the planet. Safety and environmental protection were taken seriously, at the same time there was always a lot of fun and a lot to learn (and a lot to eat & drink) on board. “We used the tour operator recently for a somewhat customized trip to Patagonia. We started with their 15 day Patagonia tour and made modifications with our agent there Constance. She was good at listening to what we wanted and making suggestions. We stayed at the top hotels and almost every one had a pool and spa which was great after a full day of sightseeing. In hindsight we would have stayed one night longer (in Puerto Varas) because we had two very long travel days one after the other. Other than that we enjoyed the freedom of joining tours with many people from many countries yet not traveling with a group. Constance had someone meet us at every airport / bus terminal / hotel and they took care of us in that location. It was a real pleasure to always see someone with a sign with our name on it.”
