An outstanding trip offering a wide range of experiences and inspirational moments. As always, the trip was well led, well organised and offered excellent value for money. Some of the trekking was quite strenuous and tricky under foot but overall it more than lived up to our expectations as all the effort was rewarded with spectacular views.

Very good exposure to the cave dwellings, trullis and olive groves in the Puglia region. Marinella was an excellent guide who provided us with the background and context in a clear and simple manner. She also took care to introduce us to the variety of foods available in the region - which we may have missed out on if this care was not taken.

The Nar Phu Valley Trek is now complete. During the trip, we had the opportunity to explore numerous monasteries, experience the Tibetan way of life and culture, and visit high-altitude Himalayan settlements. We were also lucky enough to witness stunning views of snow-capped peaks, pristine forests, and crystal-clear rivers along the way. The colors of the autumn leaves added to the beauty of the landscape, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, the Nar Phu Valley Trek in autumn was a journey that not only challenged us physically but also enriched our minds and souls with the rich cultural and natural treasures of the region.
