The team was very helpful and accommodated every request. I was worried before the trip since i didn't know anything about the tour company, simply came across them on a hotel's website. But since we arrive in Hanoi my concerns were quickly resolved. As the days went by, i was genuinely surprised with the choices our travel expert made for our tour in Vietnam and with the service provided. During the trip i crashed my drone and they even helped me get s new one. The new drone was waiting for me at the hotel. This tour company is simply amazing.”
