The tour begins at the Patronal House that dates back more than a century. At the end of the 19th century in 1883 when wine exploitation was just beginning in Chile, founded by the Chilean politician and businessman Don Melchor Concha y Toro who commissioned noble French vines from the Bordeaux Region and planted the vines in Pirque, Maipo Valley. In addition, he hired the renowned French winemaker Monsieur Labouchere to make his wines. With this visionary gesture, Viña Concha y Toro was founded more than 130 years ago.
Which became the main exporter of wines in Latin America and one of the most important brands worldwide, with a presence in more than 135 countries.
