“Our trip was delayed for a year due to Covid and during that time we were always in contact. Alex was available to us during our journey and extremely helpful in answering our questions or concerns. He created a smart agenda for us that met our desires and likes. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our trip to Portugal and Spain. It was magical! Rosa, our guide, was excellent!!! Her level of knowledge and responsiveness were both exceptional and her honesty and integrity were obvious in our interaction. All of these attributes were very much appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was if we had just some more alone time and a day or two less activity than we had. At the end of the day, we had great, well-located boutique hotels, wonderful drivers, excellent guides, and the confidence of an extremely responsive tour operator. “Easy communication! The hotel is excellent and location is city centre and safe, so I just walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. The tour meet up location is also few minutes walk only! Don�t miss the Royal Palace. Is a must to see it and only steps away. I�m very happy with this trip and highly recommended to add to your itinerary especially for someone who is doing solo travel like me and concerned about safety.”
