He created a smart agenda for us that met our desires and likes. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our trip to Portugal and Spain. It was magical! Rosa, our guide, was excellent!!! Her level of knowledge and responsiveness were both exceptional and her honesty and integrity were obvious in our interaction. All of these attributes were very much appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was if we had just some more alone time and a day or two less activity than we had. At the end of the day, we had great, well-located boutique hotels, wonderful drivers, excellent guides, and the confidence of an extremely responsive tour operator.
