“Both of the tour guides, Marta and Nurul, were phenomenal - they were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and incredibly caring. In every situation, they handled it calmly and with expertise. Marta - Marta’s experience of being a tour guide was obvious. He knew exactly where we were going, when, what to expect, any concerns there may be and was able to give recommendations for everywhere. He is such a warm human being who, despite being in a group of just girls, was able to be friendly and fun with everyone. Despite being in an unknown place in unknown situations, I always felt safe and supported by Marta. Nurul - Nurul was the supportive hype-woman we all needed. She would encourage positivity, fun and living life to the fullest, bringing light into every situation. When someone was feeling homesick (or just sick!) Nurul was there for a hug and comforting words. She really is a phenomenally wonderful woman and it was an honour to be part of her group. Overall, I would highly recommend a trip with this travel specialist - it’s all the adventure and exploring without the hassle of organising and blindly learning about the place and culture. “I have just completed my third tour with this travel specialist. First being Bali in 2017, Mexico last year in 2022 and just now Vietnam in 2023. I don't have a bad word to say about this company! The booking and customer support team are attentive and quick to respond. Each destination's itinerary was thoroughly planned out and ran extremely smoothly.
