The cycling begins just outside the city, in the foothills of the Atlas, to test the legs and get a feel for the terrain before climbing into the stunning High Atlas. Enjoy the fresh air, spectacular views, and authentic local culture and hospitality in the remote villages along the way.

Head further into Berber territory of the Lesser Atlas, as the landscape becomes drier and dotted with otherworldly rock formations, canyons, and hidden desert oases. Fantastic cycling awaits in the arid hills around Tafraout, Morocco's almond-growing regions, and paradisical valleys along the path to the Atlantic Coast. The climbs don't come easy, but the views, the experience, and the descents are worth it. Celebrate the journey in ancient Essaouira by the sea, before travelling back to Marrakesh for a final taste of Moroccan culture.
