Travelling with two young kids was a concern initially, but Mohammed and the entire team effortlessly alleviated our worries. They provided exceptional support, promptly addressing our queries, offering diverse options, and seamlessly managing everything from planning to executing our trip, including our dietary and accommodation requirements. Our journey was further enriched by the presence of Karim, our amiable local guide and newfound friend. Karim's warmth and enthusiasm were contagious throughout the trip. His constant smile, unwavering enthusiasm, and extensive knowledge about Arab and Berber history and culture, along with his inspirational personal story, added immense value to our experience. He catered to our every need, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. By the end of the week, he felt like family to us, and our kids adored him. Additionally, our day with Hennan was delightful. Despite a delayed start, her patience and kindness shone through as she guided us through the streets of Marrakech, assisting us with our shopping needs. “Our Morocco trip was fantastic! Yassine, our guide, is really smart, an excellent driver, and a kind person! Dinner at Siad's home in Fez was a highlight. His two sons were great, playing guitar and singing for us. We loved staying in the riads. Riad Salam Fes is beautiful, and the hammam experience was amazing. Palais Sebban was even more beautiful. Our New Year's Eve celebration there was so much fun and unforgettable. The camel ride into the desert at sunset and the night at Tiziri Luxury Eco Camp was everything we hoped for. We wish we had stayed two nights there. Thanks to the this travel operator and its amazing team for organizing such a wonderful and meaningful trip for our family.”
