50% tour deposit. Free cancellation up to 120 days prior departure, but the 50% tour deposit is non-refundable. No refund applicable within 120 days of departure.
PaymentA deposit of 50% is required when booking this tour. The remaining balance will be charged 120 days prior departure. For any bookings within 120 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking.
Travel InsuranceWe advise to take out Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances. Bookmundi recommends World Nomads' travel insurance.
Other Practical InformationThe exact vessel's location, is on the marina infront of the "Square of the Fallen" - Lomvardou, Zante 29100 All our cruises run consecutively from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in: 16:00 (Saturday), Departure: 10:00 (Sunday)* Check-out: 09:30 (Following Saturday) Pick-ups/Transportation overall, is optional. Please contact us for info. *Note: In case all of our guests arrive up until 17:00 on Saturday, we will most probably depart for Agios Nikolaos (North of Zante), instead of departing to Agia Effimia, the following day on Sunday. All further itinerary scheduling, remains the same if this happens. Itinerary - While we do have our Zante cruise itinerary already confirmed and running since 2020, its important to note, that it may be subject to change, depending on the given weather circmustances, the actual berthing availability and the captain's judgement/discretion. Cabin allocation - We do have a variety of doubles, twins, and a few triples! Solo travelers - If you are traveling solo, we will always try to allocate you to a cabin, with your same gender. If you want to have your own private cabin, there will be an extra charge of 75% of the total amount of one person’s entry-rate. Drinks/foods - It’s our policy, not to allow, any foods or drinks, to be brought on board. As all our gulets have a kitchen, plenty of pantry stock and an onboard bar, we persuade you to acquire anything you need, directly through our onboard bar, or you can choose to pre-order your drinks in a much more affordable rate, through our drinks pre-order option. Simply contact us for more info! Dietary requirements - We do respect our passenger’s food preferences and requirements and that is why our Chefs, in case it is needed, will prepare optional dishes, as well. Late arrival policy - Due to our late arrival policy, in case of any late arrival, the vessel will not depart from Zante's main port, at least not until every supposed passenger is on board, as we issue specific documents which need to allign with our list of attendees. Additional costs - All passengers will have to pay, 80€ per person (local port fees), in cash prior to the embarkation.
