The tour "West Svalbard And The Polar Ice Edge" starts and ends in Oslo. It is a cruise tour that takes 10 days taking you through Longyearbyen, Svalbard and Oslo in Norway. "West Svalbard And The Polar Ice Edge" is a guided group tour that includes accommodation in hotels, transport, meals and others.

Follow the west coast of Svalbard searching for Polar Bear on the ice floe. This voyage explores the west side of Spitsbergen, the largest island of the Svalbard archipelago. Located halfway between Norway and the North Pole, the pristine, ice-covered Svalbard islands are famous for breathtaking landscapes and rich Arctic wildlife. Spitsbergen, is a surreal world of pack ice and snow-capped peaks, sweeping fjords and towering glaciers, vast tundra and bays lined with majestic icebergs. Following a flexible itinerary, our voyage aboard Sea Spririt offers access to the Arctic's most dramatic scenery and abundant wildlife. With ample opportunities to observe seabird colonies, roaming polar bears, playful seals and packed walrus haulouts, we'll make regular Zodiac excursions to walk across the tundra, up to high points for views across the vast glaciated inland and down to the iceberg-strewn bay where our ship is dwarfed by the monumental landscape.
