“Alessandra and her team did a great job in understanding my requirements and asks for a laid back, easy going trip for 5 days around Tuscany and Roma with my group being ages 6-60. The hotel choices were nice and central, we had great communication before, during, and after the trip with her and team as well. We did have one snafu on one of the tours on the trip and I was just going to let it go (things happen, that’s life) but the team reached out and handled it very gracefully! They understood the assignment and I am so happy to have been able to work with them!”

Khalil's adaptability to our energy levels ensured a perfect balance between engaging conversation and tranquil moments. Khalil, a heartfelt thank you! The accommodations, including the riads and hotels, were not just beautiful but also exuded warmth and hospitality, making our stay immensely enjoyable. We're definitely planning to travel with this travel operator again and will wholeheartedly recommend them to friends. “Our Morocco trip was fantastic! Yassine, our guide, is really smart, an excellent driver, and a kind person! Dinner at Siad's home in Fez was a highlight. His two sons were great, playing guitar and singing for us. We loved staying in the riads. Riad Salam Fes is beautiful, and the hammam experience was amazing. Palais Sebban was even more beautiful. Our New Year's Eve celebration there was so much fun and unforgettable. The camel ride into the desert at sunset and the night at Tiziri Luxury Eco Camp was everything we hoped for. We wish we had stayed two nights there. Thanks to the this travel operator and its amazing team for organizing such a wonderful and meaningful trip for our family.”
