CANCELLATION

20% Deposit payable upfront. Remaining balance payable 45 days prior to trip departure. Free cancellation up to 45 days prior departure, but the 20% deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applicable within 45 days of departure.

Payment

A deposit of 20% is required when booking this tour. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior departure. For any bookings within 45 days of departure, the full tour amount will be charged upon booking.

Travel Insurance

We advise to take out Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances. Bookmundi recommends World Nomads' travel insurance.

Other Practical InformationIn the rare case that the mentioned accommodations aren't available, a different arrangement of the same grade will be made. Checkin after 2:00 pm & Checkout before 12:00 pm. Early checkin or late checkout is subject to room availability and may generate additional fullday room charges. The price is per person for a standard double room based on double occupancy. Please be aware that airport pickup transfer on Day 1 is based on all members arriving on the same flight, and additional cost will be charged for separate transfers when arriving on different flights. The price does not apply to Christmas, New Year, or the Vietnamese Lunar New Year. Please inquire separately for those periods.
