We celebrate Christmas in the colonial town of Trinidad, with a special meal prepared for the group. The New Year's Eve celebrations in Havana's gorgeous Cathedral Plaza harks back to the pre-revolutionary glamour days of Cuba, with a multi-course dinner, drinks and Tropicana style variety show, all with a beautifully lit cathedral in the background.
