“This was an excellent first idea for me when I arrived in Rome. It was fun, entertaining and the food was good. I will try another of this type event if I return.”

“The two guides/cooks gave us a great evening. The Pasta-making was fun and both of the ladies took the time to explain all about pasta, the ingredients and the making of it. There are two things that were a little disappointing. When we came to the meeting point (we were a little late, that was our fault), we had to walk 15 minutes more to another place. It would have been convenient if we would have known this. We had to walk all the way back in the direction we came from, so we could have saved a 30 minute walk! Second is that the only drinks we could get were alcohol and water. We had some in our group who don't drink alcohol so it would have been nice if they could have gotten something else besides water.”

“We were really lucky to have had Alberto as our guide. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the history, art, and workings of the Vatican, and we not only learned a great deal, but had a lot of fun on our experience. Top notch guide, and wonderful visit.”
