“Excellent holiday with many ski routes available to take making each day different. The location is absolutely wonderful. Accommodation at Kamben is very comfortable with varied meals, tasty and substantial. The soups are different each night and all delicious. Ellie, Martin and the team look after all guests with a smile and attentive service. A guest was playing the piano each night and it was so soothing after a day out skiing. I can't wait to return.”

“Have X-C skied in many parts of world, but after over 35 years still keep returning to Kvitvatn because of the variety and excellence of the terrain and possible tours. Ski trails much improved for skaters this year, while snow conditions were wonderful in the mountains. New management and rebuild of part of original lodge both settling nicely. Ski hire and the ski preparation areas excellent as always. Food very good this year (copious smoked salmon every day!). Had to replace some ageing ski boots; the shop in nearby Rjukan -easily visited using free bus service - helpful and very well stocked.”

“first time skiing of any sort so everything was new to me! Enjoyed it immensely [apart from the classic 'third day 'when everything ached and nothing worked!!] By the end of the week the last 3 days comprised quite a lot of of track skiing and suddenly I was managing to stay upright, turn and stop going down hill! The enjoyment was enhanced by the generally superb weather, mainly clear blue skies and sunshine.”
