“The walk was difficult, the guide was excellent, the country was magnificent. The accommodation in mountain refugios was somewhat dependent on the refuge, some better than others, we paid the supplement for double room where available, it mostly was and this assisted extra sleep. The meals were good.”

“The tour was very good. Places we went to were well chosen. Bus was very clean and well maintained. Tour guide was friendly and seemed to know her stuff. On the whole the tour was very good value for money. However it is projected as a seven day tour when in reality it is at best six days. The first 'day' is really only a meet and greet evening meeting and the last day is simply a breakfast.”

“It was just that, a taste of France. Very informative tour and lots of spare time. We enjoyed the quaint little country villages and the old town in Lyon was an absolute food fest. A full tour but very enjoyable. Will do it again.”
