2023 World Photography Day Photo Contest
To celebrate World Photography Day, Bookmundi is organizing a travel photo contest where travelers can participate by emailing their travel photos to us. The contest will run for three weeks, starting from August 19 to September 9. We will be featuring one photo per participant on the Bookmundi Facebook page. We encourage the contest participants to send multiple photos.

Who can participate?
This contest is open to participants of all age groups worldwide, provided they submit their own travel photos.
How can you participate?
To participate in the contest, participants must follow these steps:
- Email one or more photos of your favorite travel destination to socialmedia@bookmundi.com, or if you have a public social media account, feel free to post your favorite travel destination photo in your own social media feed and then tag Bookmundi. Please make sure that you have the copyright to the photo you share with us.
- Increase your chances of winning by either liking the Bookmundi Facebook page or following Bookmundi on Instagram.
- Tag your friends and encourage them to like your submission published on Bookmundi's Facebook page.
- Share the photos posted by Bookmundi on your own Facebook profile ensuring that the post is public.
How will the winner get selected?
Once we receive all the photos, we will create an album on Facebook and post all the participants' photos there, along with their names, and photo descriptions. The contest winner is among the participants whose travel photo has received the most likes!
What will the winner receive?
As this contest is open to all participants, the winner with the most travel photo likes will receive a gift card for a Fujifilm Polaroid Camera.
Application Deadline
- The contest is open until October 7 midnight. Likes on the photo after October 7 midnight won't be valid.
- The winner will be chosen based on the picture that receives the most likes on Bookmundi's Facebook page.
- The winner will be announced on Bookmundi's Facebook page on October 8, 2023.
- Participants can share, tag, and mention people in their photos to get maximum likes, however, using artificial methods or third-party apps for likes will result in disqualification.
All applications must be submitted by September 9, 2023.
Additional Details
- Participants are personally liable for photos submitted and must own the copyright of any submitted photos. Copyright infringement will lead to disqualification.
- The use of auto-generated Facebook likes will result in direct disqualification.
- Bookmundi endeavors to post many of the travel photos, but reserves the right to only share the photos that we deem qualified.
