“Wow. Wow. Wow!! Bucket list destination for sure. We expected to see wildlife. Boy did we see more than we thought!! Rookeries of blue-footed boobies with their young. Snorkelled over at least 8 hammerheads. Nursing sea lions on every island. GalA¡pagos penguins. Swimming iguanas around us on one snorkel. SO many turtles. Our guides Pepo and Paolo took AMAZING care of us and every detail. We so enjoyed sharing our adventures together and getting to know them. Both are a wealth of knowledge and a HUGE asset to Galakiwi. We can't wait to return!! Highly recommend this land-based and active tour versus any liveaboard. We felt so welcome on every island and truly enjoyed meeting, talking with and supporting locals. Can't recommend this trip highly enough. “Traveling in Covid times is definitely difficult. But, this trip made all the problems, covid tests, hoops to jump trough worth it. We could not have asked for better guides in Pepo and Paolo. Their passion, knowledge, love of the islands and understanding of our wishes was absolutely stunning.
