“We did an excellent 22 day trek from Dhap to the summit of Pikey Peak and then on to Gokyo lake, summiting Gokyo Ri. We then returned and took a flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. There were times when it got pretty difficult with long trekking days but we were expertly guided by Lhakpa Sonna Sherpa and our porters - Nima and his brother Tenji. Our great crew were from the village of Bupsa and we were fortunate to be introduced to our guide’s family when trekking through that area. The trek below Lukla was the most physically demanding but well worth it. There were hardly any fellow trekkers and the views were spectacular. The company arranged everything we needed and our accomodation and service couldn’t be faulted. We would certainly recommend them to anyone trekking in Nepal. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the whole area and was exceptionally patient with us. He was really good at getting our flight back from Lukla when there was high demand. The inclusions in the trek were great with good quality jackets and sleeping bags. The porters were awesome. Happy to provide this review for such a great experience.”
