“This was my first solo holiday and I really enjoyed my time on the trip, hit all the hot spots of Japan with enough free time every day to look around and take it all in. The food and entertainment suggestions provided by our guide Ricardo were excellent but the free time in the evening also allowed us to explore our own options. Ricardo was a great guide, knowledgeable and fun and was helpful to have around for any language barriers. The travel on public transport was easy enough, however, There is A LOT of walking, so bring some comfy shoes! All in all, a great experience for anyone's first time to Japan!”

“I got into one of the first groups after Japan unlocked for tourism, and enjoyed an October excursion through the Land of the Rising Sun. From urban to country, mountains to sea, this tour provides a smorgasbord of Japan's landscape and culture. Excellent price for what is delivered here, pretty much all of the iconic areas will get visited. The included activities were fantastic, but there was still plenty of time for personal exploring. Food from Koya, the time in Hiroshima, and the floating gate in Miyajima, really make the 14 day tour something special. Take the recommendation to pack light seriously! You'll be a much happier camper if don't have multiple bags to juggle every time you switch cities.”

“Fantastic & memorable trip. Loved spending time in both the cities & the countryside & travelling by public transport & on foot. Just the right amount of hiking to keep it active & not feel guilty about eating all the Japanese delights! Our guide Akemi was 10/10 for her knowledge, passion, energy & humour. Highly recommend this adventure!”
